JOIN OPERATION PAPER TRAIL
This is not a program. It’s a practice field.
Across cultures and generations, adolescent and adult males are being forced to self-initiate—without elders, without language, without witness. The result is not failure. It is fragmentation. SIRCLE exists to correct that. We are building spaces where development is intentional, expression is disciplined, and emotional recovery is communal.
Below are two primary ways to enter the work.
CHOOSE YOUR ROLE:
CORNERMEN™
Agents of Behavioral Change
This path is for local and national leaders, facilitators, mentors, and males of responsibility.
Cornermen are not saviors. They are not performers.
They are trained presences of the Sircle™ Arena..
What Cornermen do:
Facilitate difficult but necessary conversations
Lead practice fields rooted in emotional literacy and integrity
Support males navigating identity, intimacy, and leadership
Model responsibility without dominance
Build community through presence, not performance
What’s required:
Willingness to be examined before examining others
Commitment to ongoing practice and accountability
Capacity to hold space without needing control or credit
This is not volunteerism. It is vocation.
If you feel called to stand in the corner—
to steady breath between rounds—
this path is for you.
